Return, Exchange, or Store Credit:

Here at Elevated Nutritional Performance we proudly stand behind our supplements. We know that every body is different and may have different reactions to various products. Because of that we are one of the very few companies to offer a 30 day-100% money back guarantee from date of purchase on qualified products .  If you have questions pertaining to your products, please email sales@weareenp.com so we can gather detailed information regarding your experience and how we can assist you further. Products intended for research purposes only are excluded from the 30 day-100% money back guarantee and will not be eligible  as a returnable product.

Guidelines: The supplement must be returned back to us within 30 days from the original purchase date to receive your full refund, store credit, or exchange.  Furthermore all returning items must be less than 50% used to qualify for refund.

  • Email our Customer Service team at sales@weareenp.com to set up a return. 

  • Receive approval to send back the supplement. (Customer is responsible for shipping costs.)
  • Once received and approved, you will receive an email stating your refund. Please allow 2-10 business days for refund to show in your account. :)
